Function-focused hypno-psychotherapy (FFH-P) is a multifaceted therapeutic modality that synergizes the introspective depth of hypnotherapy with the practical strategies of psychotherapy. Sessions generally last 90 minutes. If you have time constraints, let us know and we can accommodate you as best we can.

Each session costs $295. This includes a 90 minute one-on-one online session (ie. Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet etc) as well as specialised resources prepared and created for you depending on your requirements (such as a treatment plan, audio recording and practical tools and techniques).

We will discuss this in your initial consult so you have a clearer picture of the path ahead. Depending on your circumstances you may embark on as little as 2 sessions or up to 6 for more complex issues.

If you have private health with extras you may be able to claim a refund – check with your provider if CBT is covered. Currently there is no rebate from Medicare.
